The main entrance has a stream and water fall in the garden area. The stream is replenished with rainwater to allow natural evaporation.

Hydro-Logix corporate headquarters is located in the phase 1 of the Enviro-Center. A Green executive office building designed and built to meet the growing demand for environmentally friendly office space.
Our firm felt the need to locate our practice to a facility that shared the same principals of environmental stewardship that we are teaching with our design and consulting business.
The oringinal building combines old world charm with new green technologies. The core of the building is rehabilitated 1905 farmhouse that was deconstructed and rebuilt utilizing the 100 year old salvaged lumber. The modern features were added for maximum occupant comfort and well being to include, natural daylighting, radiant floor heating, natural air ventilation, and solar hot water and photovoltaic systems.
